Their previous estate in Fort Myers had been heavily traditional, so when it came time to down-size and streamline, the husband gained the modern penthouse of his dreams. The modern lines are highlighted by the use of exotic marble, fossilized wood and semi-precious stone to highlight the important focal points of the home and provide good energy. The space is decorated with original artwork from the clients’ personal collection, making it a holistic, refreshing space.
