Having been in the family for over 30 years, this waterfront Villa holds a special place in a family's heart. During cold Chicago winters the family would escape to Naples to soak up the sun and spend quality time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Renovated twice in the past 30 years, the family hired Gloria to revive it a third time, transforming the dated, crowded condo into a fresh, contemporary oasis of calm with tactile global charm that encases the client's collection of artwork and found objects. The furnishings were kept sleek and minimalistic to emphasize the condo's new open concept and provide the three generations of family with ample space to enjoy time together while living with the most up-to-date conveniences. Making functional use of each and every inch has made the condo the ideal place to retire and spend every precious moment making memories that will last beyond a lifetime.
