Return Policy

ALL SALES FINAL 

Due to the curated, handmade, and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any items purchased from Gloria Black Design.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product, contact us at shop@gloriablack.com before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@gloriablack.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damage or defect

• Photos of the packaging (if damaged in shipping)

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit. We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error (wrong item shipped), contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for return of the incorrect item at our expense and ship you the correct item. This is the only circumstance in which we accept returns.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. These items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Gloria Black Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.

 

For packages lost in transit (never delivered), please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim.
